Booking terms for Elm Lodge.

Please go to our Availability/Book page to check availability and make a booking request.  

All prices are for hire of lodge, bed linen, towels (including beach towels for hut tub), electricity/gas, basic cleaning materials and general supplies.

Non-smoking establishment – Registered assistance dogs only – No pets

Arrival time: from 3.00 p.m. Departure Time: by 10.00 a.m.

Payment details:
Initial reservations will be held for 24 hours.  A deposit of 1/3 the total booking price will secure your booking.  On receipt of your deposit we will send you a confirmation email informing you of the date of any balance to be paid and further information.

We require full payment 2 weeks before commencement of your holiday or if your stay is less than 1 month from booking. We will email a letter of acknowledgement when we receive your final payment. No refund can be made after the full payment has been received.  We advise you to take out Holiday Insurance to cover this eventuality.

Payment to be made by Bank Transfer.
